The difference(s) between Bill Clinton and the stuff that drops out of a seagull onto the head of an unfortunate beachgoer might be debatable, but Bill is married to Hillary. Keeping the latter in mind, it behooves us to ask ourselves the question: Was Bill’s tryst with Monica a case of poor judgment, or a dire necessity?
